The ecu's have been cracked

The ecu's have been cracked but for performance. Also the safc2 won't work because any throttle under 40% and the ECU takes care of it. And 1000-2000rpm is like 10-20% throttle. So basically I'm back to square one.

If the ECU has truly been cracked, it can be used for performance or mileage. A cracked ECU will allow you to adjust timing and fuel maps and reburn them on a ROM. I'll be using the Hondata S200 - previously used on my car to achieve 240 whp / 236 wtq - to achieve great gas mileage by tuning my car lean throughout the operating range.

The problem is programming

The problem is programming the ECU, I'm not going to go to that company. Too many blow engine stories heard about them. I don't want to name no names.
