the piece of metal is ghetto

the piece of metal is ghetto as is. I'm not going to make it more ghetto by hoding it in by screws. If I were to make holes in the bumper it would be for a good reason. Like putting ABS in there instead of the metal piece.

What's wrong with a sheet of metal that could be solved by abs? I think if you would deride any method of doing it it would be the method that falls off on the freeway and causes a wreck.

For now it will come off. I don't have time to even do anything. I can't keep putting tape on everyday or fixing it.

I still got the 40psi tires and the 2 undertrays in the front, so I will only lose 1mpg on the freeway.

glue and tape

Maybe some liquid nails glue or urethane glue and the ducktape to hold it in place until it cures. Tape is sticky but you can peal it off so can the wind.

I think the design is bad. It only gave me a 1 mpg boost. I think it traps air like a parachute that is why it wasnts to come off.

yeah

Yeah I was thinking the same thing with my xB looking inside the rear wheel well. The air may just leak out the bottom and closing it off would maybe trap the air. Now you have to think about opening up a hole in the center and let the air out. Turbo air exhost port. Time for some streamers to see what is happening with the air flow under there.

Took the belly off an hour ago. It kept falling off and I got tired of it.
