Can you post your tune and a scan of your car I also use HPtuners for my can so I can give it a look and see if I can give any advice.

You have the taller gears in the Buick so it will hurt off the line but should be good for MPGs.

My first question is what are you using to scan and program the car?
Have you calibrated the MAF?...
