Hey, +1 on the revival. Nice update and I've had that happen on old plug wires before(while 500+ miles of town wouldnt you know it). Oh, and cool CAI, FTW! :D

After driving for a while this way(through your various attempts to find the best compensation for drivability), perhaps pull the spark plugs and see if any/which particular cylinder may have fouled...

A result of fouled plugs or severe carbon deposits around electrode/combustion chamber? Or could it also be a result of ignition related components?

I'll be replacing my plugs in a couple of months and will buy some of the permatex listed since I have aluminum heads/valve cover/block etc(though someone painted the valve cover previously go...
