adding new vehicle

Can't add a new vehicle, what gives? Says error when there isn't any.

Adding a 2015 Mazda CX5 awd 2.5l 6spd auto. As I fill out info keeps telling me error on form.

Tried doing with and without VIN. prefer not to add VIN. Number
