This is a completely different environment compared to work ... there I am on IE8/XP & loads of corporate security software, at home it's Opera/Win7/MS security. I can't find a plug-in list, but I don't think there is anything beyond the basic flash / real.

Are you running the NoAds Opera extension? I've found that can block some JavaScript from executing. If you are you might disable that and see if that improves things.

I have sent you the page source via fuelly mail - just in case you can see anything obviously corrupted. I can see that the default values are all correct, but I'm not sure whether or not all the combo boxes have been populated.
