Suggesting a new custom stat "per state"
Suggesting Fuelly provide a new custom stat:
"per state"
Fuelly stats are great, but California uses different gas to reduce pollution.
I'd like to compare my Rav4 stats to other Rav4 only in CA.
Many other states have distinctive variations like
population densities, speed limits, etc
What do you think?

I think it could be useful for those RFG or E10 areas, but we should start by country first. In much of Europe and other areas, their regular gas is a higher octane than in America.
