Hard to chose, all great cars. Don't think the Alpine has a manual box though, so that's easy to eliminate. The other two, I'd have to flip a coin, even though I prefer the styling of the Porsche.

The Porsche is best looking. The BMW is the best buy. The Alpine is possibly the best. And the cars have advanced so much they can shift better than any human any more.

The problem with autos is that on twisty roads, flipping the paddles up and down becomes a chore because your fingers are never quite where you want them to be, and it feels off having to lift your fingers off the wheel, especially mid corner. So what happens is you put the car in full auto, and miss the benefits of blipping down using engine braking before the corners etc. Sports cars should always be manual for driver involvement etc. It's just so damn satisfying using a decent manual box with a good clutch, changing gear in my Boxster is a wonderful experience.

Is there really any difference between hand off to hit the paddle and hand off to move the lever?
