Electricity Logging

How can we get Fuelly add a category for electric charging?

I believe that will require a total rewrite of the software, so I cannot see that happening anytime soon. Fuelly cannot even cope with PHEVs.

It should be easy for a BEV.

The problem with PHEVs is that Fuelly can't handle any bi- or dual- fuel vehicle. It doesn't help that such cars rarely track mileage for each separate fuel. Fuelly would likely have to do the calculation to convert the amount of both fuels used into a single unit, like MPGe.

I had such a hybrid car and I know how difficult it is to find spare parts for such a car. Even if you look at the free car report by vin, you can see how long it took to repair. By the way, this information is provided by the Vininspect service.
