I am unable to sync my records because a particular fuel-up record says, "The record is duplicate!" When I browse the records for that vehicle I only see the record once. How to resolve the problem other than deleting and re-entering the record and all that follow?
I had this happen. I deleted the record on my phone, verified the record was still there on my Fuelly account on my PC, then resynced a couple times and now both agree with each other with no missing data.
Just had this happen to me again. Second time. I've been using this since aCar and only very recently have been getting these stupid duplicate records.
I had the same issue. Only showed 1 entry, both on Android app, and Fuelly website.
Had to delete record on both, and re-enter several times before the error went away.
