Hi I just got Acar pro and using it on Lenovo Android phone, when I try to start a trip using location the little dot spins around then says no signal GPS too weak etc yet when I try google maps app in the same spot it just finds my address exactly in New Zealand, any help would be appreciated.

Google Maps will try and obtain your location using your IP (either by the Wi-Fi or Mobile Network connection you're using) to guess your location.
aCar relies solely on GPS on your device being turned ON.
There is also a setting in aCar that turns ON/OFF the location fetching. That specific setting is also available on "Add/Edit Trip Record" screens (from the top right corner overflow menu).
