I have been a long term paid member of Gas Cubby and kept logs of four cars, however the latest upgrade has meant that I have only partial data on one car and only one entry on a second, all the data has been lost.
I have tried to get a straight answer from support, all they do is cut and paste various URL links, which I follow and it leads me back to where I am already!!
No attempt to offer genuine support other than to say "other users" dont have any problems, really lame and pathetic.
PS- Are you emailing us from a different address than what you used to register on Fuelly.com? I only show a message to the Help Desk from over a year ago. Or are you maybe referring to the in-app "chat" like support from the "Feedback" tab?
