Can you buy motorcycles from outside the US?
I noticed that the ones with the best MPG are sold outside the US.
If possible, where can I find these ones.
I noticed that the Honda CBF 125 is made in India and supposedly gets 161 MPG. I want that one.

You would probably need to have it modified to meet US standards before you could register it.
