The cheapest way to do it is to buy a spark plug antifouler at an autoparts store (I bought a pair of them for $3.50 at autozone a few months ago). If I recall correctly, it needs to be an antifouler for 18mm spark plug holes so it will match your oxygen sensor threads. You will then need to drill out the center of the antifouler with a 1/2 inch drill bit so the tip of the oxygen sensor can stick down through it.
Don't forget to use anti-seize compound when you install the antifouler or else you may not be getting it back out after a few years.
